What it costs to take the whole tour
The per-guest rate falls as the group grows, so the total for a private booking stays remarkably flat. Every figure below is all-inclusive.

What makes a tour private?
You buy out the whole experience. The private transport, your sommelier host and both boutique estate visits are yours alone — you are never added to an open group, and no one is added to yours. Everything else about the day is unchanged: the 14:00 departure, the two contrasting Garraf estates and the chef-curated xarcuteria board.
How many guests can you take on a private tour?
Private groups run from 1 to 8 guests. We deliberately keep the ceiling low so every guest can taste with the winemaker rather than stand at the back of a crowd. If your party is larger than 8, get in touch and we will tell you honestly whether we can arrange consecutive departures for you.
Can we choose which wineries we visit?
Every trip visits two contrasting estates drawn from our portfolio of eight in the Garraf. Private groups can tell us what they want from the day — older vines, biodynamics, Cava rather than still wine, a shorter drive — and our sommelier concierge builds the itinerary around it, subject to what each family estate can host on your date.
How do you handle different dietary requirements across one group?
Per guest, not per group. Our former A-list celebrity private chef builds bespoke plates for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free guests to the same standard as the signature board, so nobody is handed a side salad while the table eats. Tell us the requirements when you enquire. All of our wines are vegan as standard.
Is there a deposit, and what happens if our plans change?
There is no upfront reservation fee to hold a private date, and you can cancel or reschedule with 48 hours' notice. Because a private booking takes the whole departure off our calendar, we do ask you to confirm your date as early as you can.
